Digital Product Terms

The product page identifies the main features, file type, price, included files, and material compatibility information. You are responsible for checking the order details before checkout. Purchases through Payhip are also subject to the terms shown at its hosted checkout, which identify the contracting party for digital supply. The order confirmation is provided electronically when payment is confirmed and the download is made available, subject to fraud, obvious pricing-error, and legal-compliance checks.

Prices are displayed in the store currency and may change before purchase. Applicable taxes and payment charges are shown or calculated through the checkout where required. Payment processing is provided by the payment services available through the store, which apply their own privacy and service terms.

Digital products are delivered electronically through a download page and purchase email. Delivery may require a valid email address. Where applicable law requires it, checkout must obtain your express request for immediate supply and your acknowledgement of the effect on any withdrawal or cancellation right. You are responsible for downloading and securely backing up the files while access remains available.

Unless a product page or included license states otherwise, purchase or download grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, academic, or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, public sharing, sublicensing, claiming authorship, and using the product or a modified version to create a competing digital product are prohibited.

Software names are used to describe compatibility. You are responsible for suitable software, devices, backups, data entry, formulas, decisions, and review of outputs. Templates and guides provide general organizational tools and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice.

Opsella and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the products, branding, layouts, and original content. Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies and are referenced only to describe compatibility. Opsella is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, and other remedy requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights, cooling-off rights, conformity guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your country.

Send a complaint to opsella.business@gmail.com with the order reference and requested outcome. Opsella will acknowledge and address the complaint within a reasonable period and any shorter period required by applicable law. You may also use the consumer-protection authority or court available in your country. Any governing-law term applies only to the extent it does not remove mandatory protections available to you.
