Terms of Use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You must have the right and authority to process every file you select. You must not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, court orders, or the rights of another person; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; or misrepresent an association with Opsella.

You keep all rights you already hold in your files. Using the tools does not transfer ownership of your content to Opsella. Because processing occurs in your browser, you are responsible for keeping suitable backups and checking every output before relying on it.

The tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Opsella does not promise that every PDF will be compatible or that an output will preserve every feature of the original file.

The tools and related content provide general document functionality only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, security, accessibility, records-management, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and meeting requirements that apply to your documents and activity.

Paid placements are labelled as sponsored or advertising. A placement does not mean that Opsella guarantees, certifies, or endorses the advertiser, its claims, or its website. External services have separate terms and privacy practices, and you should assess them before purchasing or providing information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Opsella is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Digital-product purchases, delivery, licenses, and refund requests are governed by the Digital Product Terms, the Refund Policy, and the information displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Opsella may update these terms or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or misuse. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions, notices, and complaints may be sent to opsella.business@gmail.com.
