These free PDF tools are operated under the Opsella brand by Ahmed Mahdy, an individual based in Al Sharq District, Port Said, Egypt. This location identifies the area of operation; it is not a full postal address. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to opsella.business@gmail.com. Payhip handles the store checkout under its own terms and privacy notice.

Your selected files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded by Opsella. The finished PDF is created on your device and downloaded directly to it. Opsella does not receive, store, or review the contents of files you select for these tools.

Opsella may process: contact information and the contents of messages you send; order and transaction details supplied through the store or payment provider; records of downloads, licenses, refunds, and support; and limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, referring page, and security logs.

Opsella does not receive your full payment-card number. Payment providers process payment information under their own notices. Files selected inside the PDF tools remain on your device as described above.

Information is used to provide and secure the website, deliver purchases, answer requests, administer licenses and refunds, keep legally required records, prevent fraud and abuse, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable, processing is based on performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract, compliance with law, Opsella's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or your consent. Where consent is the legal ground, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The hosting and network providers that deliver this website may automatically process limited technical data. This is used to deliver pages, protect users, maintain availability, diagnose errors, and prevent malicious activity.

Opsella does not sell personal information. Opsella does not use information from the PDF tools for behavioral advertising or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

The PDF tools do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral-advertising trackers. The hosting platform may use storage or cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure, or remember essential choices for the service. A sponsored message may link to a third-party website, but a paid placement does not by itself give the advertiser access to your files.
