Refund Policy

Products are supplied electronically through the download page and the purchase email. No physical item is shipped. Keep your order email and download link secure, and contact Opsella if the files are missing or the link does not work.

Contact Opsella if a purchased file is not delivered, corrupted, materially different from its description, duplicated in error, or cannot be used because of a defect in the supplied product. Opsella may provide a replacement, repair, support, price reduction, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot meaningfully be returned after access or download, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after access has begun where applicable law permits. Where the law requires express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that a withdrawal right will be lost, that requirement applies. Requests made before access or download will be considered fairly.

Email opsella.business@gmail.com with the purchaser email, order reference, product name, date, requested outcome, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details. Opsella may request reasonable evidence needed to reproduce or verify a technical issue and will respond within a reasonable period and any shorter period required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where available. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Access to refunded or cancelled digital products may be withdrawn.

Nothing in this policy excludes a statutory remedy, refund, repair, replacement, cancellation right, or other consumer protection that applies to the transaction and cannot lawfully be limited.
